with Sunflower Seeds
8 Rolls
I prepared these rolls spontaneously in the morning before breakfast, because we did not have any bread. They are really easy and quick to make and don’t need many (or very special) ingredients. After baking, the rolls are nice and fluffy and still taste great the next day, in case there should be some left over. 😉

You need:
- 1 Pk. Dry Yeast
- 1/2 l Warm Water
- 1/2 kg Flour
- 20 g Butter
- 1 TBSP Vinegar
- 1 TSP Salt
- Sunflower Seeds
Here’s how to do it:
Put warm water into a bowl and add the yeast.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, butter, vinegar and salt and then gradually add to the water with the yeast. The dough should be kneaded with a machine for at least 5 minutes, then continue by hand and let the dough rise for half an hour with the lid covered.
Now form 8 pieces of the same size each into rolls (preferably with wet hands) and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cut in two times. Finally, brush the rolls with water and sprinkle them with sunflower seeds, poppy seeds or sesame seeds as desired.
Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 20 minutes (check color).
Ready!
