Dear students, what are you having for dinner today? Pasta, of course. 🙂 But with what kind of sauce? I would like to show you five ideas that are easy and quick to prepare, so that you can ass some variation to your dishes.
So I added some classics, such as cheese sauce or a bolognese, but I also included other versions, such as a vegetarian mushroom sauce or a Mediterranean pasta sauce. I am especially proud of my first homemade bell pepper sauce. It goes particularly well with pasta, but can also be used in a casserole like my Schnitzel pot.
I hope you get some inspiration and try the sauces yourself.
Have fun and enjoy 🙂

Here’s how to do it
- Heat butter in a pot. Cut the onion into fine pieces and sauté until translucent.
- In the meantime, cut the ham into small pieces and fry briefly.
- Now deglaze with milk, add the bouillon cube, and season with salt and pepper.
