Baked Banana Chocolate Oats
Recently, I started to take a closer look at the macro values of my diet. Like many people, I don’t eat enough protein. Of course, there are many foods that are very rich in protein – cottage cheese, yogurt, nuts and legumes are among my favorites. However, I wanted to try protein powder for a while – partly because it seems easy to incorporate that into my current favorite recipes. My first breakfast were these baked oats – vegan, healthy, super easy and incredibly delicious!-Natascha

You need
- 35 g Oats
- 1 Banana
- 200 ml Almond Milk
- 30 g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 TBSP Cacao Nibs
- 1 TBSP Baking Cocoa
- 1/2 TSP Baking Soda
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 1 TSP Coconut Oil
Here’s how to do it
- Mash the banana and mix with the other ingredients. Add to a small, oven-safe dish and bake for approx. 15 minutes at 180°C.
