Baked Banana Chocolate Oats

Recently, I started to take a closer look at the macro values of my diet. Like many people, I don’t eat enough protein. Of course, there are many foods that are very rich in protein – cottage cheese, yogurt, nuts and legumes are among my favorites. However, I wanted to try protein powder for a while – partly because it seems easy to incorporate that into my current favorite recipes. My first breakfast were these baked oats – vegan, healthy, super easy and incredibly delicious!

You need

  • 35 g Oats
  • 1 Banana
  • 200 ml Almond Milk
  • 30 g Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 TBSP Cacao Nibs
  • 1 TBSP Baking Cocoa
  • 1/2 TSP Baking Soda
  • 1 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 1 TSP Coconut Oil

Here’s how to do it

  • Mash the banana and mix with the other ingredients. Add to a small, oven-safe dish and bake for approx. 15 minutes at 180°C.
