This recipe is so easy, that I wonder if it even counts as recipe, but I am sure it is certainly an inspiration for some people.A big obsession for me at the moment is the combination of arugula and balsamic glaze, this is why it’s also included as a topping in this recipe.A quick and tasty after-work dinner.-Natascha

You need
- 2 Mini Naan Breads
- 200 ml Crushed Tomatoes
- 100 g Soy Ground Meat
- 1 Onion
- 50 g Feta Cheese
- Arugula
- 1 Clove Garlic
- Spices: Salt Pepper
- Balsamic Glaze
Here’s how to do it
- First fry the onion in a pan, then add the ground meat and fry well.
- Add the crushed tomatoes and season.
- Place the naan breads on a baking tray, cover with the tomato-meat mixture and sprinkle the feta on top.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is lightly brown, top with arugula to serve and garnish with balsamic cream.
