Berry Crumble

Actually, I wanted to bake an Apple Crumble this morning – difficult without apples. But the whole thing works and tastes just as good with other fruits. So if you're looking for a delicious, healthy and vegan snack for your coffee table, this recipe is for you.

You need
 

Fruit

  • 2 Cups Mixed Berries
  • 1 Cup Apple Sauce
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Oil

Crumble

  • 100 g Oats
  • 4 TBSP Agave Syrup
  • 4 TBSP Oat Milk
  • 1/4 Cup Cashews
  • 1/4 Cup Walnuts

Here’s how to do it

  • Heat the apples with apple sauce and coconut oil in a pot.
  • Mix the oats with oat milk and agave syrup. This will be the crumble.
  • Chop the nuts into small pieces and fold them in, then mix everything well.
  • Put the berries in an ovenproof dish, cover with the crumble and bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C.
