Berry Crumble
Actually, I wanted to bake an Apple Crumble this morning – difficult without apples. But the whole thing works and tastes just as good with other fruits. So if you're looking for a delicious, healthy and vegan snack for your coffee table, this recipe is for you.-Natascha

You need
Fruit
- 2 Cups Mixed Berries
- 1 Cup Apple Sauce
- 2 TBSP Coconut Oil
Crumble
- 100 g Oats
- 4 TBSP Agave Syrup
- 4 TBSP Oat Milk
- 1/4 Cup Cashews
- 1/4 Cup Walnuts
Here’s how to do it
- Heat the apples with apple sauce and coconut oil in a pot.
- Mix the oats with oat milk and agave syrup. This will be the crumble.
- Chop the nuts into small pieces and fold them in, then mix everything well.
- Put the berries in an ovenproof dish, cover with the crumble and bake for about 30 minutes at 180°C.
