Chocolate Banana Bread
I know, many of you probably had more than enough banana bread in the past few months. However, I love trying new versions. My latest creation: a high-protein banana bread with delicious chocolate drops. -Natascha
Nutrition per piece:
140 Kcal (3g Fat | 15g Carbs | 13.5g Protein)
You need
- 1 Banana
- 30 g Proteinpowder (Chocolate)
- 2 TBSP Peanut Butter Powder
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 50 g Plain Yogurt
- 50 g Oats
- 9 TBSP Liquid Egg Whites
- 2 TBSP Chocolate Drops
- 1 TBSP Honey (optional)
Here’s how to do it
- Add all ingredients except the chocolate drops to a blender and process.
- Sweeten to taste with honey.
- Pour the dough into a baking dish and add the chocolate drops.
- Bake at 180°C for approx. 20-25 minutes. Test with a stick to be sure 😉
