Chocolate Protein Muffins

You need
- ½ Cup Almond Flour
- 2 TBSP Baking Cocoa
- 60 g Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 1 TBSP Flaxseeds
- 4 TBSP Almond butter (Mine was a chocolate almond blend)
- 6 TBSP Liquid Egg Whites
- 1 TBSP Honey
- ½ Cup Yogurt
- 2 TBSP Chocolate Drops
- Baking Powder
- Sparkling Water
Here’s how to do it
- First, mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Then combine with almond butter, egg whites, honey, and yogurt.
- Finally, add enough sparkling water to create a sticky consistency.
- Now fold in the chocolate drops and divide the dough into 8 muffin tins. Bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
