Coconut Date Blissballs with Dark Chocolate
The Blissballs are a great alternative to a piece of chocolate as a small snack in between meals. Plus, sweet bowls can be wonderfully complemented with this little extra snack.-Pauline

You need
- 100 g Dates
- 100 g Ground Almonds
- 100 g Coconut Flakes
- 2 TBSP Cocoa
- 1 TBSP Date Syrup
- 1 TBSP Rice Syrup
- 50 g Vegan Dark Chocolate
- 1 TSP Nut Oil
Here’s how to do it
- Put dates, rice syrup and date syrup in a blender and process.
- Mix with 50 g of the coconut flakes and ground almonds in a bowl to form a chewy dough.
- Form about 22 small balls from the dough.
- Place the remaining 50 g of coconut flakes on a flat plate and roll the balls in them.
- Microwave chocolate with 1 tsp nut oil in a bowl at 700 watts for one minute.
- Drizzle balls with chocolate and refrigerate.
