Coffee Walnut Brownies
Brownies are one of my favorite pastries. In addition to the classic chocolate flavor and walnut pieces, this version also scores with a little hint of coffee – perfect for me as a coffee lover.-Natascha
Per brownie (for 6 pieces):

You need
- 125 g Almond Flour
- 50 g Dark Chocolate
- 30 g Walnuts
- 50 g Baking Cocoa
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Coconut Blossom Sugar
- 75 g Margarine
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1 TBSP Vanilla Extract
- 1 TBSP Baking Powder
Here’s how to do it
- First, beat the eggs with the margarine and sugar in a bowl until foamy.
- Fold in the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder.
- Then add the vanilla extract and the salt.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave and mix it into the dough as well.
- Chop the nuts and fold them in.
- Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes. It's easy to check when the brownies are ready with the chopstick test.
- Cut into 6 equal pieces before serving. They are especially good with some vanilla ice cream and whipped cream 🙂
