Crunchy Chocolate Granola
Ingredient lists always start with the major ingredient. Unfortunately often times sugar is at the top of the list for many granolas in the stores! Nevertheless, I don’t want to miss my crunchy granola for breakfast and today I am going to show you a slightly healthier alternative.

You need
- 60 g Oats
- 30 g Flax Seeds
- 20 g Chia Seeds
- 30 g Peanuts
- 30 g Cashews
- 4 EL Baking Cocoa
- 1 EL Almond Butter
- 1 EL Peanut Butter
- 20 g Agave Syrup
- 1 EL Coconut Oil
Here’s how to do it
- Fist, mix the oats, flax seeds and chia seeds in a bowl. Crush the nuts and add them in.
- Fold in almond butter, peanut butter and coconut oil and mix well. Next, add the agave syrup. Depending on how sweet the granola should be, you can simply use a little more or less.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the granola for about 30-40 minutes. Mix well in between so nothing burns.
- Let cool and store in an airtight container.
