You need
- 1 Apple
- 125 g Margarine or plant-based alternative
- 125 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs vegan Alternative: 160g Apple Sauce
- 175 g Flour
- 1 Package Vanilla Sugar
- 1 TBSP Baking Powder
- 2 TBSP Powdered Sugar to sprinkle
Here’s how to do it
- Mix eggs, butter and sugar in a large bowl.
- Add flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar and mix well.
- Cut the apple in small pieces and fold in the dough.
- Pour the dough into a greased baking dish. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
