You need
- 9.5 oz Potatoes
- 7.4 oz Carrots
- 15.9 oz Zucchini
- 3.5 oz Red Lentils
- 7.1 oz Coconut Milk
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 TBSP Vegetable Broth (Powdered)
- 1 l Water
- Curry Powder, Salt, Paprika Powder
Here’s how to do it
- Grate all vegetables into fine strips using a food processor.
- Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a saucepan.
- Grate or press the garlic.
- Add garlic, vegetables and red lentils to the boiling water.
- Cook for about 20 minutes until the lentils are soft and have soaked the liquid.
- Stir in coconut milk and vegetable broth.
- Season to taste with spices and serve!
