It is super easy to prepare with ingredients that you probably already have at home. You can easily vary the vegetables used depending on taste and availability. – There are no limits.
As you can see, healthy doesn't always have to be complicated.

You need

  • 9.5 oz Potatoes
  • 7.4 oz Carrots
  • 15.9 oz Zucchini
  • 3.5 oz Red Lentils
  • 7.1 oz Coconut Milk
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 TBSP Vegetable Broth (Powdered)
  • 1 l Water
  • Curry Powder, Salt, Paprika Powder

Here’s how to do it

  • Grate all vegetables into fine strips using a food processor.
  • Bring 1 liter of water to a boil in a saucepan.
  • Grate or press the garlic.
  • Add garlic, vegetables and red lentils to the boiling water.
  • Cook for about 20 minutes until the lentils are soft and have soaked the liquid.
  • Stir in coconut milk and vegetable broth.
  • Season to taste with spices and serve!
