Lime Cocktail

I recently had this non-alcoholic cocktail at a party and loved it! The elderflower syrup removes the acidity from the limes, so that even non-caipirinha fans and children will love this fresh drink. This cocktail can be prepared in advance for many people. Simply use a sufficiently large container and adjust the quantity accordingly. -Josefine

You need

  • 2 Lime
  • 2 cl Elderflower Syrup
  • 2 Stems Fresh Mint
  • 3-4 Ice Cubes
  • 250 ml Sparkling Water

Here’s how to do it

  • Quarter the limes and squeeze them into a tall glass. Add about 2 cl elderflower syrup to the lime juice.
  • Put the ice cubes into the glass and fill up with the sparkling water. Stir well, otherwise the taste will stick to the bottom of the glass. Finally, add 2 stems of fresh mint and serve.
  • Done!
  • Tip: Of course the cocktail can also be made with alcohol, just refine with 2cl light or dark rum.
