with elderflower syrup
I recently had this non-alcoholic cocktail at a party and loved it! The elderflower syrup removes the acidity from the limes, so that even non-caipirinha fans and children will love this fresh drink. This cocktail can be prepared in advance for many people. Simply use a sufficiently large container and adjust the quantity accordingly. -Josefine
- 2 Lime
- 2 cl Elderflower Syrup
- 2 Stems Fresh Mint
- 3-4 Ice Cubes
- 250 ml Sparkling Water
Here’s how to do it
- Quarter the limes and squeeze them into a tall glass. Add about 2 cl elderflower syrup to the lime juice.
- Put the ice cubes into the glass and fill up with the sparkling water. Stir well, otherwise the taste will stick to the bottom of the glass. Finally, add 2 stems of fresh mint and serve.
- Tip: Of course the cocktail can also be made with alcohol, just refine with 2cl light or dark rum.
