You need
- 200 g Linguine
- 3 Zucchinis
- 100 g Soft Goat Cheese
- 30 ml Whipping Cream
- 50 g Pine Nuts
- 1 Glass Dried Tomatoes in Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Onion
- 50 g Arugula
- Honey
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
Here’s how to do it
- First, use the Zoodle Maker to make the zucchini into spiral-shaped zoodles.
- Boil salted water in a pot and cook the linguine for about 10 minutes.
- Fry the onion in another pot, add some honey and let it caramelize.
- Then mix the goat cream cheese with the cream and some water and pour it over the onions. Bring to boil briefly and season to taste with the spices. Add the fresh garlic.
- Next, fry the dried tomatoes in their oil. This gives them a delicious taste. Mix the tomatoes with the cheese sauce, make sure to add only a small amount of the oil.
- In the same pan, roast the pine nuts briefly until they are golden brown.
