The perfect start into the day for all of you who like a sweet breakfast: a delicious smoothie bowl that can be adapted to your taste. Smoothie Bowl – you could also simply say a smoothie to eat with a spoon. I really like smoothies, the only problem: they don’t keep me full. That’s why I like to go with toppings. Garnished with nuts and fruits, this breakfast even provides vitamins and healthy fats – so what are you waiting for? -Natascha

You need
 

  • 150 g Plain Yogurt
  • 100 g Frozen Strawberries
  • 50 g Frozen Blueberries
  • 30 g Cashews
  • 30 g Oats
  • 3 Fresh Strawberries
  • 50 g Fresh Blueberries
  • 30 g Chocolate Granola
  • Optional: 1 Banana

Here’s how to do it

  • First, put the yogurt and frozen berries in a blender. If your blender is not strong enough, let the frozen ingredients thaw a little bit, then add them to the blender step by step.
  • Optionally, you can add a banana for a thicker consistency.
  • Pour into a bowl and garnish with the toppings.
  • Enjoy cold.
