Smoothie Bowl – you could also simply say a smoothie to eat with a spoon. I really like smoothies, the only problem: they don’t keep me full. That’s why I like to go with toppings. Garnished with nuts and fruits, this breakfast even provides vitamins and healthy fats – so what are you waiting for?

You need
- 150 g Plain Yogurt
- 100 g Frozen Strawberries
- 50 g Frozen Blueberries
- 30 g Cashews
- 30 g Oats
- 3 Fresh Strawberries
- 50 g Fresh Blueberries
- 30 g Chocolate Granola
- Optional: 1 Banana
Here’s how to do it
- First, put the yogurt and frozen berries in a blender. If your blender is not strong enough, let the frozen ingredients thaw a little bit, then add them to the blender step by step.
- Optionally, you can add a banana for a thicker consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and garnish with the toppings.
- Enjoy cold.
