I have a big sweet tooth. After a savory meal, I would never turn down a delicious dessert and if there is none, it almost feels like something is missing. But since you can not always eat only chocolate and cookies, I was looking for healthier alternatives. Nicecream, i.e. healthy ice cream, was always among the search results – in a variety of versions: with berries, chocolate or nuts. I decided on a peanut butter banana variant, because I still had the ingredients at home. Vegan, healthy and only 3 ingredients – the perfect dessert in the summer without a guilty conscience.-Natascha

- 2 Bananas
- 2 TBSP Peanut Butter
- 1/8 L Almond Milk
Here’s how to do it
- Put the bananas in the freezer for about an hour. Then put them in a blender with the peanut butter and milk and process until creamy.
- Either enjoy immediately, or place in the freezer for another 2 hours for a firmer consistency.
