No Bake Chocolate Blissballs

Craving sweets again? Enjoy a little chocolate snack without feeling guilty. These blissballs are made in five minutes, don't need any industrial sugar, but are still an absolute hit!

You need

  • 225 g Almond Flour
  • 2 TBSP Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 TBSP Honey
  • 2 TBSP Apple Sauce Unsweetened
  • 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
  • 25 g Dark Chocolate 85%

Here’s how to do it

  • Add almond flour, peanut butter, honey, applesauce and vanilla extract in a bowl and combine to a smooth dough.
  • Chop the chocolate into small pieces and fold in.
  • Form 10 blissballs and refrigerate for one hour.
  • Ready for Snacking!
