12 Muffins
These muffins are the absolute blast in terms of taste! Loose, juicy and even three days after baking completely delicious. They are baked super fast and taste best if you serve them warm and the chocolate drops are melted inside.

You need:
- 125 g Soft Butter
- 170 g Sugar
- 2 TBSP Vanilla Extract
- 2 Eggs
- 100 ml Milk
- 170 g Flour
- 1 TBSP Baking Powder
- 125 g Ground Hazelnuts
- 50 g Dark Chocolate
Here’s how to do it:
Mix butter with sugar and vanilla extract and add the eggs one by one. In the meantime, mix flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Then sift thoroughly and add to the butter mixture.
Stir in ground hazelnuts alternately with the milk. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and fold in carefully.
Now pour the batter into about 12 muffin tins and bake at 200°C for about 18 – 20 minutes.
The muffins taste most delicious right after baking. Bon appetite!
