Pasta Salad with fresh herbs

This pasta salad is easy to make and scores with a great look because the red tomatoes are a great combination with the green color of the fresh herbs. The salad tastes best when the pasta had enough time to soak in the dressing. Enjoy!

You need
 

  • 500 g Pasta (Penne)
  • 1 handful Basil
  • 1 handful Fresh Parsley
  • 1 handful Fresh Chives
  • 1/2 Cup Crème Fraîche
  • 1 Squeeze Lemon Juice
  • 150 g Plain Yogurt
  • 200 g Mini Tomatoes
  • 2 pk. Mozzarella Cheese
  • Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Dill

Here’s how to do it

  • Cook penne in salted water according to instructions. Then drain well and let cool slightly.
  • In the meantime, mix crème fraîche with yogurt and lemon juice until creamy and season with salt, pepper, oregano and dill.
  • Now chop the fresh herbs into small pieces and add them to the dressing as well.
  • Mix the cooled penne with the dressing.
  • Finally, halve the mini tomatoes and pluck the mozzarella into small pieces and add to the salad. Mix everything well.
