Power Muffins

Before a workout, I always need a little snack that gives me energy, but is not to heavy. I like to have something sweet, so granola bars or Bliss Balls are my favorites. This time I just filled the mixture into my beloved muffin tin and baked Power Muffins.

You need
 

  • 160 g Dates
  • 30 g Cashews
  • 30 g Oats
  • 2 TBSP Chia Seeds
  • 3 TBSP Flax Seeds
  • 2 TBSP Almond Butter
  • 15 g Dark Chocolate 85% Cocoa
  • 5 TBSP Oat Milk

Here’s how to do it

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cut the dates in half and puree with a little water in a blender. Then add the remaining dry ingredients and process. Gradually mix in the oat milk until you have a sticky mass.
  • Fill in your muffin tin and bake for 25 minutes.
