with Nut Butter, Kernels & Dates
Power Muffins
Before a workout, I always need a little snack that gives me energy, but is not to heavy. I like to have something sweet, so granola bars or Bliss Balls are my favorites. This time I just filled the mixture into my beloved muffin tin and baked Power Muffins.-Natascha

You need
- 160 g Dates
- 30 g Cashews
- 30 g Oats
- 2 TBSP Chia Seeds
- 3 TBSP Flax Seeds
- 2 TBSP Almond Butter
- 15 g Dark Chocolate 85% Cocoa
- 5 TBSP Oat Milk
Here’s how to do it
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the dates in half and puree with a little water in a blender. Then add the remaining dry ingredients and process. Gradually mix in the oat milk until you have a sticky mass.
- Fill in your muffin tin and bake for 25 minutes.
