Protein Brownies
Hey there chocolate lovers! Here's a super chocolaty, protein-packed version of the popular brownies. A great snack for Sunday coffee or maybe even a breakfast idea – how could the day start better?-Natascha

You need
- 1 Banana
- 60 g Chocolate Protein Powder (I used a mix of Proteinworks Choc Peanut Cookie & Vega Chocolate)
- 25 g Dark Chocolate (Mine was the sugar-free version by GoodSam)
- 60 ml Almond Milk
- 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 8 g Monkfruit Sweetener
Here’s how to do it
- Mash the banana and melt the chocolate.
- Mix all ingredients together and form a dough.
- Add the dough in an oven-safe dish and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
- Optionally, decorate with peanut butter or chocolate.
