Hey there chocolate lovers! Here's a super chocolaty, protein-packed version of the popular brownies. A great snack for Sunday coffee or maybe even a breakfast idea – how could the day start better?

You need
 

  • 1 Banana
  • 60 g Chocolate Protein Powder (I used a mix of Proteinworks Choc Peanut Cookie Vega Chocolate)
  • 25 g Dark Chocolate (Mine was the sugar-free version by GoodSam)
  • 60 ml Almond Milk
  • 1 TBSP Peanut Butter
  • 1 TSP Baking Powder
  • 8 g Monkfruit Sweetener

Here’s how to do it

  • Mash the banana and melt the chocolate.
  • Mix all ingredients together and form a dough.
  • Add the dough in an oven-safe dish and bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
  • Optionally, decorate with peanut butter or chocolate.
