Not surprising, quinoa is versatile, tastes great and is also full of important fiber. It has also moved into my kitchen a long time ago is made into diverse dishes. One of my favorite recipes are these quinoa balls with spinach and feta cheese – usually combined with oven vegetables and homemade tzatziki. Be sure to give it a try!-Natascha
- 1 Cup Quinoa
- 100 g Feta
- 300 g Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 TBSP Tomato Paste
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1 Egg
Here’s how to do it
- First, cook the quinoa according to packaging instructions and let cool for a few minutes.
- In the meantime, steam the spinach and chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the quinoa with the spinach and the remaining ingredients and knead into a sticky dough.
- Form small balls from the dough and finally fry them in a hot skillet for just a few minutes on each side.
