Schnitzel Feast with pineapple

Today I was in the mood for “Schnitzel Feast”, a dish that will especially please all meat fans who like to eat a creamy loin dish or “Schnitzel Hawaii”, because both the creaminess of loin and the typical pineapple flavor of a “Schnitzel Hawaii” are present. There are many variations you could cook, please share your ideas in the comments!

You need

  • 400 g Schnitzel
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Can Mushrooms
  • 1 Can Pineapple
  • 3 TBSP Cream Cheese
  • 250 g Sour Cream
  • 1 Bouillon Cube
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Here’s how to do it

  • Cut onion into small pieces and fry in a large pot until translucent. Then cut the bell bell pepper into small pieces or slices and sauté.
  • Cut the meat into very thin slices and add to the onions. Add the mushrooms and pineapple with their juice. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream. Fill the empty cup with water twice and add.
  • Now add the bouillon cube, salt and pepper and let everything simmer for about half an hour until most of the sauce has boiled away. To serve, garnish with some chives.
    Ready!
