Schupfnudel Stir Fry

Today I have a quick stir fry with Schupfnudeln (finger-shaped potato dumplings) for you. Quite simply made, and nevertheless super tasty.

  • 600 g Chicken Breast
  • 2 TBSP Vegetable Oil
  • 500 g Schupfnudeln (finger-shaped potato dumplings)
  • 3 TSP Vegetable Broth
  • 4 TBSP Cream Cheese
  • Salt, Pepper, Parsley
  • Chives

So wird’s gemacht

  • Wash the meat, pat dry and chop.
  • Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the meat for about 5 minutes on all sides.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then remove.
  • Fry the Schupfnudeln (finger-shaped potato dumplings) until they have a golden color and have become somewhat firmer. Be careful, they burn quickly. Then remove.
  • Deglaze the drippings with 1⁄2 l of water and boil. Then stir in the broth and cream cheese. Now simmer for about 3 minutes.
  • Now add the chicken and Schupfnudeln to the cream cheese sauce and heat it up briefly.
  • Finally, add some herbs like parsley and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
