Schupfnudel Stir Fry
Today I have a quick stir fry with Schupfnudeln (finger-shaped potato dumplings) for you. Quite simply made, and nevertheless super tasty.-Nicole

- 600 g Chicken Breast
- 2 TBSP Vegetable Oil
- 500 g Schupfnudeln (finger-shaped potato dumplings)
- 3 TSP Vegetable Broth
- 4 TBSP Cream Cheese
- Salt, Pepper, Parsley
- Chives
So wird’s gemacht
- Wash the meat, pat dry and chop.
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the meat for about 5 minutes on all sides.
- Season with salt and pepper, then remove.
- Fry the Schupfnudeln (finger-shaped potato dumplings) until they have a golden color and have become somewhat firmer. Be careful, they burn quickly. Then remove.
- Deglaze the drippings with 1⁄2 l of water and boil. Then stir in the broth and cream cheese. Now simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Now add the chicken and Schupfnudeln to the cream cheese sauce and heat it up briefly.
- Finally, add some herbs like parsley and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
