Simple Chocolate Chip Muffins
If you have spontaneous visitors, these muffins are just fabulous. They taste great and are super quick to make.-Nicole
You need
- 100 g Sugar
- 3 TSP Vanilla Sugar
- 125 g Margarine
- 3 Eggs
- 200 g Wheat Flour
- 2 TSP Baking Powder
- 3 TBSP Milk
- 100 g Dark Chocolate Chips
Here’s how to do it
- Put the sugar, vanilla sugar and margarine in a bowl and mix.
- Now add the eggs. Mix again.
- Next, add the flour and baking powder.
- Then mix in the milk.
- Finally, add the chocolate chips and mix your batter for the last time.
- Divide the batter evenly into the 12 muffin tins and put them in the oven for 15 minutes at 170 °C top/bottom heat. Then turn the oven to 200 °C and bake your muffins for another 3-5 minutes until they have a nice golden color.
