Strawberry-Cookie-Yogurt with Chocolate Topping
Breakfast To GoWhen you’re hungry and not at home, you often tend to quickly grab something”to go”. This is then usually quite expensive, does not keep you full very long and is not particularly healthy. This is not how it needs to be though. This yogurt is great to take along. The strawberries give the snack a fresh touch.– Pauline

You need
- 100 g Fresh Strawberries
- 100 g Soy Yogurt
- 10 g Cookies
- 10 g Coconut Butter
- 2 Pieces Dark Chocolate
Here’s how to do it
- First, take a dessert glass, crush the cookies and fill them into the glass. Then you add half of the soy yogurt on top.
- Now you wash the strawberries, cut them into small pieces and put them into the jar as well. Then add the rest of the yogurt on top. Finally, put the chocolate chips and the coconut puree in a bowl and microwave it for one minute. Then you put a strawberry on the yogurt and pour the liquid mass over it. Finished!:)
