You need
 

  • 2 Large Mushrooms
  • 4 TBSP Sour Cream or Crème Fraîche
  • 1 Block Feta Cheese
  • Scallions
  • Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley

Here’s how to do it

  • First, remove the mushroom stalk. Then spread the mushrooms with the sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and herbs.
  • Crumble the feta and fill into the mushrooms. Drizzle with olive oil, garnish with the scallions and you are ready to put them on your grill.
