You need
- 2 Large Mushrooms
- 4 TBSP Sour Cream or Crème Fraîche
- 1 Block Feta Cheese
- Scallions
- Olive Oil
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
Here’s how to do it
- First, remove the mushroom stalk. Then spread the mushrooms with the sour cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and herbs.
- Crumble the feta and fill into the mushrooms. Drizzle with olive oil, garnish with the scallions and you are ready to put them on your grill.
