Sweet Breakfast Wrap with cream cheese, fruits and granola

When I think of wraps, my favorite Mexican restaurant comes to my mind immediately. I usually get their burrito filled with rice, avocado, corn, beans and salsa. Together with a cold Corona this makes the perfect Friday night. Lately I enjoy wraps for breakfast, too – as a sweet version with cream cheese, fruits & granola. Keeps you full for a long time, is super tasty and just something different.

You need
 

  • 1 Whole Grain Wrap
  • 2 TBSP Cream Cheese
  • 1 TBSP Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 TBSP Almond Butter
  • 30 g Strawberries
  • 30 g Blueberries
  • 15 g Granola
  • 1 TBSP Cacao Nibs

Here’s how to do it

  • In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with the protein powder. I added some water for a creamier consistency.
  • Spread on the wrap and then top with the chopped fruits. Add granola (check out our homemade version) and cacao nibs and roll up your wrap. Garnish with the almond butter and a few more fresh fruits and you can enjoy your breakfast.
  • This makes a great breakfast to go as well 😉
