with roasted apple and nuts
A while ago I searched online for different breakfast ideas. I found a lot of inspiration and created my own combination from the ideas: sweet couscous with roasted apple and nuts. -Natascha

- 1/3 Cup Couscous
- 170 ml Oat Milk
- Vanilla Extract
- 1 Apple
- Agave Syrup
- 15 g Cashews
- 15 g Peanuts
- Apple Sauce
Here’s how to do it
- Cook the couscous with the milk, vanilla extract and some cinnamon in a pot.
- Cut the apple into thin, small pieces. In a second pot, heat it up with some agave syrup until it begins to caramelize.
- Chop the nuts and roast them in a pan with some coconut oil.
- Put the couscous in a bowl, cover with the caramelized apple and sprinkle the roasted nuts on top. Serve together with some apple sauce and cinnamon.
