Tomato Feta Spaghetti

You need
- 180-200 g Feta (from Cow's Milk)
- 300 g Tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 8 Stems Thyme
- 300 g Spaghetti
- Salt, Pepper, Basil, Italian Herbs
Here’s how to do it
- First, quarter the onion and then cut it into slices.
- Chop the garlic.
- Next, place the feta in the middle of a baking dish.
- Arrange the tomatoes, onions and garlic around the feta.
- Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems and sprinkle them on top.
- Now season everything with salt and pepper.
- Put your casserole dish into the oven for about 25 minutes at 225 °C on the middle shelf.
- Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water.
- Take the baking dish out of the oven and shred the feta and the tomatoes a bit. If the pieces are too big for you, you can also cut them into small pieces.
- Put the spaghetti into the baking dish and mix it with the feta and the tomatoes.
- Finally, sprinkle your pasta with basil and Italian herbs.
