You need

  • 180-200 g Feta (from Cow's Milk)
  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 8 Stems Thyme
  • 300 g Spaghetti
  • Salt, Pepper, Basil, Italian Herbs

Here’s how to do it

  • First, quarter the onion and then cut it into slices.
  • Chop the garlic.
  • Next, place the feta in the middle of a baking dish.
  • Arrange the tomatoes, onions and garlic around the feta.
  • Pluck the thyme leaves from the stems and sprinkle them on top.
  • Now season everything with salt and pepper.
  • Put your casserole dish into the oven for about 25 minutes at 225 °C on the middle shelf.
  • Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in salted water.
  • Take the baking dish out of the oven and shred the feta and the tomatoes a bit. If the pieces are too big for you, you can also cut them into small pieces.
  • Put the spaghetti into the baking dish and mix it with the feta and the tomatoes.
  • Finally, sprinkle your pasta with basil and Italian herbs.
