Do you sometimes feel like cooking something other than pasta, rice and potatoes, but you don’t have enough time to prepare a dough or something else that takes a lot of effort? Then these international quiche ideas are what you need. As a base you only need a wrap, which is available in every store. In the following I present you a French and an Italian version. 🙂

French Onion-Leek-Quiche

French Onion-Leek-Quiche
Nutrition for the whole quiche:

You need
- 3 Stalks Leek
- 3 Sweet Onions small
- 100 g Low Carb Cottage Cheese
- 250 g Curd Cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 4 TBSP Parmesan
- 1 Wrap
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Here’s how to do it
- First, preheat the oven to 180°C. Then wash the leek and onions, cut them into rings and fry them in the olive oil until they are lightly brown and soft. At the same time, mix the cottage cheese, curd cheese and eggs.
- Now fold the fried ingredients into the mixture and season with plenty of salt and pepper. Line a cake springform pan with baking paper, place the wrap on top and spread the mixture evenly over it. Finally, top with grated parmesan cheese.
- Cover the springform pan with aluminum foil and put it in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. Now just let it cool briefly and you can enjoy your quiche.
Italian Veggie-Quiche

Italian Veggie-Quiche
Nutrition for the whole quiche:

You need
- 125 g Buffalo Mozzarella
- 4 Eggs
- 25 g Dried Tomatoes
- 10 Olives
- 2 Zucchinis
- 4 Hands Full Spinach
- 1 Onion
- 1 Wrap
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
Here’s how to do it
- First, preheat the oven again to 180°C. Wash the zucchini and spinach. Chop the zucchini, olives, onion, dried tomatoes and fresh spinach. Fry the ingredients in a pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil until they are almost cooked. Then you press the garlic cloves over it, put the ingredients in a large bowl, beat the eggs over it and fold them in. Season the mixture generously with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Again, prepare the springform pan with baking paper and a wrap on it. Spread the mixture on the wrap, slice the buffalo mozzarella and spread it on top. The finished quiche is also covered with aluminum foil and cooked in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
