Vegan Chocolate Cake

- 60 g Almond Flour
- 350 g Apple Sauce
- 1 TSP Baking Powder
- 1 TSP Vanilla Extract
- 150 g Vegan, Dark Chocolate
- 25 g Baking Cocoa
Here’s how to do it
- Mix flour, baking cocoa and baking powder in a bowl. Add applesauce and vanilla extract and mix until smooth. Pour into a small springform pan and bake at 200°C for about 25 minutes.
- While the cake is cooling, melt the chocolate and then spread evenly over the cake. Let cool in the refrigerator before serving.
