This porridge bowl is perfect for an extended breakfast on the weekend and gives a lot of strength for a subsequent workout. By soaking the nuts in water beforehand, the body is able to absorb the nutrients from them even better. Give it a try if you like a good, sweet and healthy breakfast!

You need

  • 1/2 Apple
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 50 g Blueberries
  • 1 TBSP Soy Flakes
  • 1 TBSP Quinoa Flakes
  • 1 TBSP Buckwheat Flakes
  • 15 g Nuts (soaked in a glass of water overnight)
  • 1 tsp Nut Butter
  • 1/2 Squeezed Lemon

Here’s how to do it

  • Soak nuts in a glass of water overnight.
  • Cut apple and banana into small pieces.
  • Add lemon juice, quinoa, soy and buckwheat flakes.
  • Add boiling water and let soak for about 1/2 hour.
  • Top with the nuts, nut butter and blueberries.
