- 2 Balls Walnut Ice Cream
- 30 g Dark Chocolate
- 1 Chunk Butter
- 20 g Walnut Kernels
- 2 Espressos
Here’s how to do it
- First, melt the chocolate and butter in a hot water bath.
- In the meantime, pick out the two nicest walnuts to garnish and cut the rest in halves.
- Form two large walnut ice cream balls into a round shape and arrange each in a cup. Spread the walnut pieces over them and cover with the melted chocolate.
- Finally, pour the hot espresso over the ice cream; decorate with whole walnuts.
