Whole Grain Pasta
Often there are days when you don’t have enough time, you just don’t want to cook or you are simply too hungry to cook an elaborate menu – regardless there is no need for fast food take out! Even at home you can quickly prepare great dishes with just a few ingredients, which taste good and are also healthy. For this recipe, I just used leftovers I still had in the fridge.

You need
- 250 g Whole Grain Pasta
- 400 g Mushrooms
- 1 Bell Pepper Scallions
- 4 Eggs
- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- Salt
Here’s how to do it
- First, cook your pasta.
- Next, heat the olive oil in a pan.
- Cut mushrooms, bell peppers and scallions into small chunks and add them to the pan.
- Drain the cooked pasta, cut it into small pieces with a knife and put it into the pan together with the eggs. Chop the parsley and mix in.
- Roast all ingredients well and season the dish with herbal salt, pepper and paprika spice before serving.
- Enjoy!
