with low fat cottage cheese, exotic fruits and avocado
6 Servings
To me, dessert is an important part of the meal. I’m particularly into Italian desserts. Unfortunately, these are usually very fatty and sugary at the same time. Since I am very experimental, I tried a version of the fruit panna cotta, which is a little more exotic but at the same time much healthier than the Italian original. – Allows you to take a second serving without feeling guilty. 🙂

Here’s how to do it:
The preparation of this dessert is also really fast!
First, cut the mango and papaya into small cubes and spread them in the baking dish.
Then peel and pit the avocado and put it into a kitchen blender together with the low-fat cottage cheese, the inside of the passion fruit, the flavored powder, gelatine powder and a sip of water. Now puree the mixture until it has reached a pleasant, creamy consistency.
Then pour the mixture into the casserole dish, slice the kumquats and decorate your dessert with them.
Just let chill before you can enjoy your dessert!
