with Apples and Cashews

A go-to breakfast for me in the winter are these vegan Oatmeal Muffins. They’re great to prepare, you can keep them in the fridge forever, and just reheat them in the oven when needed. I serve them with some extra apple sauce. Yum!

You need:
- 150 g Oats
- 50 g Cashews
- 30 g Flax Seeds
- 250 g Apple Sauce
- 125 ml Oat Milk
- 1 Apple
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla Extract
Here’s how to do it:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cut the apple into small, thin pieces and chop the nuts.
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix to a dough.
Fill the dough in you muffin tin and bake for approx. 30 minutes.
